Just Will
Jacksonville hip hop artist Just Will is simply that, “just” Will. Nothing more nothing less as he has stated on numerous songs, Just Will is looking to distinguish himself from the pack by simply being him. “People are often times too insecure to just, as Common put it, “Be”.
Just Will began rapping at an early age. In middle school he started a group known as SouthSide Mafia. A group of students that got together to show of their rap skills. When the rest lost interest, Will continued on. “About 2 months after everyone got over being a “rapper” I found it was something I was naturally good at, and I kept doing it.”
Will went on to record and perform at numerous spots around Jacksonville. He’s rocked crowds at places like Endo Exo and Jack Rabbits. And he even won the crown twice at the underground rap battles once held at TSI. He’s been featured on many tracks and worked with some of the top tier of producers like P Smoov in Seattle and John Dough in Jacksonville.
In 2010 Just Will is looking to do some amazing things. He’s linked up with new management and is looking forward to the release of his mixtape “Dopeboy Daylight” as well as a follow up that has yet to be named. Be on the look out for Just Will in the future.

He is a rapper/producer/songwriter that plays drums, bass, guitar, and piano and wrote and produced his entire mixtape “Good Hip Hop Meets Radio.” He has been on MTV.com, DJBooth.net, and radio here in the U.S. and overseas.
