Well it’s officially 2012. If you’re like me…you’re wondering how in the heck 2011 ended so quickly but felt like the longest year of life. Word? word.
I’ve been thinking about my first blog post of the year for Edge. At first I wanted to go the “Best Moments of 2011″ route. Then I wanted to go the resolutions for 2012 route. For a minute I thought of simply posting a video of me at the Watch The Throne concert in a complete moment of unbridled joy with one of my closest friends in the world because that moment alone is what I want to experience for 99.9% of 2012.
It’s taken me a few days to realize that I can literally say whatever I want about either the year that just passed or the year that stands ahead of us, so…
Things That Made Me Laugh in 2011
1.) the GOP. Thank you for the memories.
2.) The Miami Heat. Ha.
3.) The Jim Carrey/Black Swan SNL skit. Man. WHAT?!?!
4.)The Kardashian SNL skit. May be the funniest, most accurate skit in SNL history
5.) This exchange and all of the ones like this on Twitter. Because people’s responses are funnier than the mishap.
6.) Ron Paul. Listen, this is the funniest man alive.
7.) Bridesmaids. Period.
8.) This Wendy’s commercial. Gets me every time.
9.) Kevin Hart. His entire existence is hilarious to me. His voice, his size…everything.

Those were the things that made me laugh in 2011. Looking forward to many more in 2012. What made you laugh?
