Nas Performs “Daughters” Live on Letterman, Drops “Life Is Good”
The Don has returned with his “Life Is Good” album but also stopped by David Letterman to perform his first single from the album, “Daughters”. This track has stood out to me from the first time I heard it because of it’s raw transparency. It seems that this single sets the mood for the rest of the tracks as Nas has described this offering as his remembrance of all the things that are important in his life. Last night he stopped by David Letterman and blessed the stage with a live band to perform “Daughters”:
Nas describes this album as “Hip hop, jazz, personal, love and great sound”. We’ve been waiting as patiently as possible for this new classic from Esco. We definitely think this album will go down as one of his all time greats. Cop the album today!
